Why You Gonna Act Like That?!?!

When I watched the video of the new Sexile incident thats going on at Tufts University, my first reaction was are you serious? I don't believe it's right to stop students from having sex in their dorms that some are paying money for, while their roomates are present unless their roomates are offended. I believe if tour roomate consents to the fact that you are having sex while they are present then you should be able to. Depending on the roomate, they may enjoy interacting or watching or they just may be very laid back and not mind at all. I believe this doesn't violate freedom of expression because these individuals are able to express themselves sexually and this is their right to have sex. If they choose to have sex while others are present, that 's their right unless it violates their roomates rights. Im also pretty sure if their roomate had a problem with it, they would tell their roomate anyway. I don't necessarily believe its offensive to the people who want to have sex, because its really not that serious its just sex. I believe the administrators of Tuft University were thinking more about the roomates who may have to watch or hear their roomate having sex, instead of the roomate that would actually be able to not have sex because their roomate is present. Hopefully they revise this issue and come up with a solution that will be compromising from both veiws.
